Bold Roofing did a great job on our roof and gutters. Ryan Eastman is very knowledgeable about the insurance claim process and he never tried to upsell us anything above what our insurance would pay for. The foreman on the job was very nice and communicated with us daily on how our project was going. Crew did an excellent job cleaning up all the debris and nails. It was like they were never there. We worked with Ryan on our roofing estimate after the hail storms.  He was extremely knowledgeable about the insurance process and worked with our adjuster to get the additional items covered that were needed.  Adam was our site manager during the install and he was amazing.  We were very impressed with Bold Roofing.  They had great communication, the work looks awesome and they did an amazing job cleaning up after (we haven't found and single nail yet!!!). Mikel was phenomenal to work with. I live in a different state than the house that I needed a new roof and gutters on and he made the process so stress free for me. His background as an insurance adjuster was extremely helpful since I was new to the home insurance claims process. He communicated with me every step of the way and sent me pictures throughout the process. The customer service and quality of work I received from Bold Roofing was well above my expectations! Mikel was very courteous and very easy to work with. My mom had to have a new roof put on her home and she was nervous about getting it completed. He made the process very simple and very easy to deal with since I live out of state from my mom. It was completed in a timely manner and they were very helpful in anything that needed to be done.
